Tliciousteas takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction when purchasing our tea pouches. All refunds will be in the form of store credit. A store credit will only be issued for a returned item if the tea pouch is completely sealed the way it was received and unused. Store credits are not issued for open, tried, or unused tea pouches since tea is considered a food item.
